Heart Telecom launches ISDN2 and ISDN30 Line Rental – 3 November 2008

We are delighted to announce the launch of ISDN2 and ISDN30 line rental services. As with our existing PSTN analogue lines, your ISDN lines will be maintained by BT Openreach but we will handle the billing and interface with BT Openreach’s engineers if there are any line faults or to arrange new line installs.

By operating efficiently we are able to pass on savings of 15% on ISDN line rental compared to BT’s standard business tariffs. You can also take advantage of our competitive call rates. If you spend more than £100 on voice calls per month, we can offer further discounts on our standard call charges.

Heart Telecom Launches Conference Calling – 16th July 2008

We are please to announce the launch of our Conference Calling service. With travel costs soaring, now is a great time to try new ways of communicating with customers and colleagues.

Heart Telecom’s Conference Calling service provides customers with an easy and cost effective way for groups of people to meet and communicate over the phone. Calls to the conference number from UK landline phones are charged at 8.6p per minute excluding VAT, there are no further subscription or rental costs. You do not need to register with us to use this service, simply follow these instructions.

Heart Telecom Launches Line Rental Services - 23rd June 2008

Heart Telecom is delighted to announce the launch of analogue line rental services. Now you will be able to save up to 20% off your line rental charges compared to BT.

We are using the WLR3 interface with BT Openreach, the wholesale arm of BT, to bring you these services. WLR3 means that we have equal access to BT Openreach’s systems, as BT Retail. By being more responsive to your needs we aim to provide better service than the competition and save you money.

Important changes to Non Geographic Numbers - 23rd June 2008

OFCOM have announced an end to revenue share for 0870 numbers. Call costs are to be reduced to the same as national geographic numbers. If you currently have an 0870 number you use for receiving inbound calls you will no longer receive a revenue share from Autumn 2008.

Heart Telecom offers 2 alternatives to 0870 numbers. With 0844 numbers you receive a 1p per minute rebate for calls made to these numbers and you can register for one of these numbers for free with us. Please note that memorable numbers, such as ones ending in 00, carry a set up charge. With 0871 numbers you receive a rebate of 4p per minute for receiving telephone calls.
