Sales Executive

Required skills/experience:-Successful track record within a target driven sales environment. Proven ability to effectively respond to customers' needs. Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Description of Position:- Your primary role will be to sell our services to potential customers via inbound calls and emails. Some outbound telesales work is also part of the role. You will have strong communication skills, have a strong customer focus and be able to successfully close sales opportunities by effectively meeting customer requirements. Normal weekday office hours apply.

Salary:- Negotiable, depending on experience, performance related bonus paid monthly

Customer Service Agent

Required skills/experience:-Experience of working within a customer support team or other customer facing role are an advantage but are not a prerequisite to applying as full training will be provided.

Description of Position:- Your primary role will be to resolve customer support issues for a wide range of customers. You will have strong communication skills, have a strong customer focus and be able to work quickly and effectively. Shift work is required.
