Conference Calling

Heart Telecom’s Conference Calling service provides customers with an easy and cost effective way for groups of people to meet and communicate over the phone. Calls to the conference number from UK landline phones are charged at 8.6p per minute excluding VAT, there are no further subscription or rental costs. You do not need to register with us to use this service, simply follow the instructions below.

Call Conferencing Instructions;

1. Communicate a conference date, time and distinct PIN number between 6-20 digits to all participants. Please make sure you choose a random PIN to avoid duplication.

2. Call 0871 222 0205, no pre registration is required of callers, numbers or times.

3. Enter the PIN after the prompts to enter the conference.

4. You will automatically be advised of callers entering and leaving the conference.
