Diversion to UK Land Line

Diversion to UK Land Line is a free service which allows you to route calls to 01 or 02 numbers. You can simply update the routing without charge by logging into your customer control panel.

Diversion to UK Mobile Phone Number

Diversion to UK Mobile Phone Number is a chargeable service which allows you to route calls made to your business number to any UK mobile number. We charge for diversion to mobile and international calls on a monthly basis in arrears and payment must be made by Direct Debit. The charges per minute are at Standard Heart Telecom Business plan rates. We require a £100 deposit per business number for these services. The deposit may be made by credit or debit card payment. We reserve the right to require further deposit where call volumes are high and the amount of unpaid calls exceeds the original deposit taken.

Diversion to International Land Line

Diversion to International Land Line is a chargeable service which allows you to route calls made to your business number to an International number. We charge for diversion to mobile and international calls on a monthly basis in arrears and payment must be made by Direct Debit. The charges per minute are at Standard Heart Telecom Business plan rates. We require a £100 deposit per business number for these services. The deposit may be made by credit or debit card payment. We reserve the right to require further deposit where call volumes are high and the amount of unpaid calls exceeds the original deposit taken.

Diversion to Skype-In or Other VoIP Provider

Diversion to Skype-In service is a free service and operates in the same way as diversion to UK landline. You will need to get an 01 or 02 from Skype in order to set up this service. The same applies for diversion to VoIP.

Diversion to Non Geographic Number

Diversion to a Non Geographic Number is a chargeable service which allows you to route calls made to your business number to another Non Geographic number. We charge for diversion to Non Geographic number calls on a monthly basis in arrears and payment must be made by Direct Debit. The charges per minute are at Standard Heart Telecom Business plan rates. We require a £100 deposit per business number for these services. The deposit may be made by credit or debit card payment. We reserve the right to require further deposit where call volumes are high and the amount of unpaid calls exceeds the original deposit taken.

When Busy/No Answer - Divert to UK land line number

This service allows you to provide alternative routing for your business number when the primary routing number is busy or not answered. There is a £10 + VAT annual charge for this service.

Time of Day Routing

This free service allows you to route calls to your business number to different numbers depending on the time of day.
