New Installations
In addition to being able to transfer over your existing lines, Heart Telecom can also arrange for new line installations. We will work with BT Openreach to make sure you exact needs are met. ISDN2 is a 2 channel digital line voice and data service ideal for small business offices. You can connect up to 8 digital devices and make or receive 2 calls at once. You can also have a broadband connection on this line. A 2 channel ISDN2 circuit costs a similar amount to 2 analogue phone lines but offers higher quality and allows calls to be routed more flexibly.

We offer 2 different types of ISDN2 line;

  • Digital Standard: - equivalent to BT’s ISDN 2e Standard and supports Point to Multi-point working.
  • Digital System: - equivalent to BT’s ISDN 2e System and supports Line Hunting and Point to Point working.

Each type comes with one main telephone number and 2 channels. Digital System can have additional Channels in multiples of 2 up to a maximum of 30.

At Heart Telecom, we buy line services on a wholesale basis from BT Openreach and have the same level of access to systems and support from BT Openreach as BT Retail. By understanding your needs and exceeding your expectations we aim to provide better customer service than BT Retail. Because we have direct access to BT Openreach's systems we can allocate numbers, book installations, conduct site surveys and divert calls at the touch of a button giving you all the control and flexibility you need.

We can transfer over your existing line ISDN2 line with no transfer charge and you should be able to keep your existing telephone number.

Videoconferencing
Using ISDN2, meetings can take place face-to-face without expensive and time-consuming travel. We are passionate about customer service and ensuring we respond rapidly and effectively to your needs. Telephone support is free. Our customer service centre is based in the UK and is staffed by highly knowledgeable and helpful professionals.

Standard Care – Level 1
Operates during working hours (0900-1700 hours Monday-Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays). Heart Telecom aim to respond to a fault report received before 1700 hrs on one working day by the end of the next working day. Where a fault is reported outside normal working hours, the fault will be treated as if it has been reported at the beginning of the next working day. Work will only be carried out during working hours.

Total Care - Level 3
Total Care is a chargeable service and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week including Bank and Public Holidays. Heart Telecom will respond within 4 hours of receipt of a fault report. If the fault is not cleared during this period Heart Telecom will advise the Nominated Contact of the progress being made to clear the fault.

Temporary Service Restoration (Call Diversion) is available, in circumstances where a fault is reported and the end-user is suffering from a “total loss of service”, if it is evident at the fault entry stage, that Openreach will be unable to restore service within the commitment time.
