Heart Telecom is focused on providing high quality and value for money telecoms and internet access services to the business and professional consumer markets. Heart Telecom was founded by Tim Beresford, Jonathan Brealey and Stephen Halstead and brought together over 20 years experience in providing excellent service to telecoms and internet service business and residential customers.

Jonathan Brealey and Tim Beresford have been significant players in the UK's SME internet services market for over ten years. At the end of 1997 they launched WebFusion and offered a range of web hosting, domain name registration and internet access services. In 2001, they launched 123-Reg which has since grown to become the UK's largest domain name registration business. After selling WebFusion to Magic Moments Plc, Tim and Jonathan set up Heart Internet which is now one of the Uk's leading SME web hosting businesses. Jonathan and Tim's success has been founded on providing excellent service, great value and feature rich services.

Stephen Halstead has over 8 years director level experience in internet and telecoms businesses. Most recently, Stephen was responsible for the operations and finance of Toucan Telecom building the company from scratch to over 200,000 customers and £50 million annual revenue within a 3 year period. Toucan's rapid growth was achieved by offering customers a full range of services, high quality service and value for money. Previously Stephen was the Finance Director of Host Europe Plc, an AIM quoted internet services business. During Stephen's 4 years at Host Europe the company grew rapidly and became highly profitable.
